This increases your safety and security as you are better able to hear warning signals, alarms, calls, reversing vehciles, etc. You are also able to communicate with colleagues in noisy environments without having to lift the hearing protection up.Microphones to hear ambient noisesWhen someone near you speakes, you do not need to lift the hearing protection up to hear what they are saying. The monitoring function allows speech and warning signals to pass through, which loud noises and impulse sounds are attenuated in fractions of a second to protect your hearing from injury. The level of the ambient noise can be set in five stages to max +1 dB.Electronics are better protectedProTac III has a Dual Shell Design enabling all the electronics to be placed on the outside of the headset inside of inside. Now the electronics are better protected from sweat and moisture that otherwise can damage the electronics.Hear the ring tone from your mobile phoneIn combination with a mobile phone the ProTac III can be your lifeline to the rest of the world. When you connect your mobile phone to the ProTac III via a cable to the 3.5 mm port you will hear the ring tone inside the headset. If work allows you can stop and go to a safe place in order to take your call. If you use a comms radio it can also be connected for for listening via the ProTac III 3.5 mm port.Complies with PPE Directive 89/686/EEC and applicable parts of EN 352.
