Something doesn't fit? No problem at all, you can cancel an order without giving reasons by returning the ordered goods.\u00a0Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods<\/strong>.<\/p>

Goods that require assembly before delivery, swimwear, jewellery, textiles with individual finishes (print\/embroidery) and gift vouchers are excluded from the right of return. www.shop.kustom.ch only accepts returns of undamaged, unworn and complete goods in their original packaging.<\/p>

Reimbursement<\/strong>
The value of the goods will be refunded within 10 days of receipt of the goods by Kustom Schweiz AG at the latest. If you have used a gift voucher for your purchase, we will credit the corresponding amount to your gift voucher account.<\/p>
