Chelsea Evolution Shell Jacket combines a lightweight 3-layer Helly Tech® performance membrane with Cordura® reinforcement to ensure freedom of movement and durability. The fully adjustable jacket has drawstrings and an adjustable hood to ensure a perfect fit. If it gets too warm, the strategically placed ventilation zips help you to cool down quickly.
